A pub at the heart of the community, we host a quiz night every Wednesday, regular live music and open mic nights. We aren’t a sport pub, but we do love sport. Our History
At 300 years old, the beautiful Old Crown pub has been at the heart of Weston village for centuries.
A home-brew pub until 1862, it retains old painted lettering on a rear ashlar wall: 'HOME BREWD BEER'.

Our Team
Meet Daniel and Simona Matica, the husband and wife team behind the Old Crown Weston.
Prior to moving to Bath, the Maticas lived in Weymouth where they ran a successful American diner. The chance to renovate and run a pub in Bath was too good to pass up, and so our sister pub The Claremont in Fairfield Park was born.
Having made such a success of the Claremont the Maticas are now putting all their years of experience into making the Old Crown the very best pub it can be.
